To match you with a participating attorney, to contact you about your inquiry, to measure advertising performance, and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
Participating attorneys and their intake vendors, our own service providers (hosting, telephony, analytics, call recording), and authorities where required by law. We describe attorney partners as recipients, not as an audience for unrelated marketing.
Calls and texts
Calls may be recorded for quality and compliance. Consent to be contacted by autodialer or text is not a condition of using the service and can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
Your rights
Depending on your state you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may opt out of sale or sharing. See the Do Not Sell or Share page.
Retention and security
We keep submissions as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal record-keeping, then delete or de-identify them. We use administrative and technical safeguards, though no method of transmission is completely secure.
