accident.
For personal injury firms · One firm per lead

You are looking at the funnel. The leads come from here.

accident.live is a live motor vehicle accident intake funnel running in English and Spanish. Every inquiry is generated on this domain, qualified against six hard disqualifiers before it is ever counted as a lead, and delivered to exactly one personal injury firm. Supply is sold through MVA Leads.

Owned supply, not an aggregator

Exclusivity here is structural, not a clause in a contract.

Most vendors buy from a network and promise not to resell. We generate the inquiry ourselves, on this domain, so there is only one record in existence to sell. Nothing is bought in, nothing is shared into a ping tree, and there is no second buyer to disappoint.

  • One firm per lead — the claimant is contacted by your intake team and nobody else.
  • State is derived from the ZIP the accident happened in, so a lead cannot be routed into the wrong jurisdiction by a claimant guessing.
  • Answers the claimant was unsure about arrive flagged for review rather than silently passed off as facts.

How exclusivity works

The live question set
01What kind of accident were you in?Car · Truck · Motorcycle · Pedestrian/bike · Rideshare · Government vehicle · Slip & fall
02What ZIP code did the accident happen in?Resolves to state and county before question three
03Were you at fault for the accident?"Yes" ends the session — at-fault claimants never reach you
04What happened as a result of the accident?Requires hospitalisation, treatment, surgery or missed work
05How soon after the accident did you get medical treatment?Within 14 days · Later · Not treated
06Was a police report filed?"No" ends the session
07Did the driver at fault have insurance?Yes · No · Not sure
08Do you have UM/UIM coverage?Asked only when the at-fault party was uninsured or unknown
09Have you already received a settlement?"Yes" ends the session
10Do you already have a lawyer for this accident?"Yes" ends the session — represented claimants are turned away
11When did the accident happen?Checked against the statute of limitations for the resolved state
12Where should the attorney reach you?Name, phone, email — captured last, after qualification
Contact details are asked last. A claimant who fails a gate is redirected before they hand over a phone number, which is why the leads you buy are the ones that already cleared every gate.
More than a name and a number

What actually lands in your CRM.

Six blocks per lead. Your intake team knows why the claimant reached out and how hard the case is before the first ring.

01

Contact

Name, mobile number, email address, and the ZIP the accident happened in.

02

Case type and timing

One of seven accepted case types, plus when the accident happened — bucketed from "within the last week" through "more than two years ago".

03

Injury and treatment

Hospitalisation, medical treatment, surgery or missed work — plus whether treatment started inside the fourteen-day window.

04

Jurisdiction

State and county derived from the accident ZIP, not from a dropdown the claimant picked. Routing metadata travels with the record.

05

Liability and coverage

Fault, police report, the at-fault party's insurance status, UM/UIM where relevant, prior settlement, and current representation status.

06

Consent record

Timestamp, language, the page URL, and the full text of the disclosure the claimant agreed to — not a boolean saying a box was ticked.

What ships with a lead

Fields and qualifying questions vary by campaign, case type and jurisdiction. Answers a claimant marked "not sure" are delivered flagged for confirmation rather than asserted as fact.

How it works

Three steps between a collision and your intake desk.

01

We buy the demand

We run paid campaigns into the states and case types your firm has capacity for. The traffic lands on this site, not on a landing page rented from a network.

02

The claimant qualifies themselves

Eleven questions, roughly ninety seconds. At-fault, uninjured, already-settled, already-represented and out-of-window claimants are redirected before they ever reach the contact step.

03

The record reaches you

The qualified lead is delivered to your inbox or CRM in real time, consent record attached. Your team calls it inside your permitted calling window while the detail is still fresh.

Rates and outcome figures are published in the MVA Lead Cost Report 2026 — delivery data from January 2025 to July 2026 across thirteen published markets. Your results depend on your market, your criteria and your intake operation.

In writing, before you spend anything

The four things firms actually ask about.

Off-criteria leads are credited

Wrong state, no injury, already represented, or unreachable — you do not pay for it. Credit is applied against the next invoice.

Credit policy

A consent record on every lead

Timestamp, IP, the exact disclosure the claimant saw, and the URL they saw it on — produced on request for any lead you pick.

TCPA compliance guide

Month-to-month, no validation trial

No annual contract, no minimum term, and no five-figure trial before you are allowed to buy.

Pricing

Cost per signed case is the number that matters.

Exclusive MVA leads run $585–$1,105 each depending on market. At a $420 CPL and a 12% signed-case rate, a case costs about $3,500 to acquire — inside the third-of-fee benchmark most profitable PI firms run to.

Who this is built for

Good supply only pays back on a fast intake desk.

This works for firms that can call a new claimant the same day, inside their permitted calling window, and run a consistent follow-up sequence. If leads sit in an inbox overnight, no vendor can fix that for you.

A good fit when your firm

  • Can work at least ten additional case opportunities a month.
  • Has someone who calls new claimants the same day, not the next week.
  • Serves clearly defined states, cities or jurisdictions.
  • Already has a screening, follow-up and signing process that runs without you.

A poor fit when your firm

  • Wants signed retainers rather than inquiries — that is a different product.
  • Expects a guaranteed number of signed cases per month.
  • Has no one available to return calls during business hours.
  • Is looking for the cheapest cost per lead rather than the lowest cost per signed case.
Frequently asked

What firms ask before they start.

Are the leads exclusive?
Yes, and structurally rather than contractually. We generate each inquiry ourselves on this domain, so only one record exists to sell. Nothing is bought in from a network and nothing is shared into a ping tree. How exclusivity works →
How are claimants qualified before I get them?
Six hard gates run inside the form itself: at-fault claimants, claimants with no hospitalisation, treatment, surgery or missed work, claimants with no police report, claimants who already settled, claimants already represented by another attorney, and claimants outside the statute of limitations for their state are all redirected before they reach the contact step. Uninsured at-fault parties trigger a UM/UIM question, and a "no" there also ends the session.
What compliance record comes with each lead?
A timestamp, the IP, the language the claimant used, the page URL, and the full text of the disclosure they agreed to. Storing the wording rather than a true/false flag is the point — "they ticked a box" is not a record you would want to rely on. TCPA compliance guide →
How quickly are leads delivered, and when should we call?
Delivery to your inbox or CRM is in real time — typically under five minutes from submission. Claimants can submit at any hour, but outbound calling is your firm's obligation to keep inside the calling windows permitted in the claimant's jurisdiction. We do not represent that leads can or should be called around the clock.
Can leads be delivered into our CRM?
Yes — email delivery or a push into a supported CRM workflow, configured during setup alongside your case types and target jurisdictions.
How is pricing determined?
A single fixed figure per market, published in full. Exclusive MVA leads run $585–$1,105 depending on the state or metro. There is no quote gate and no discovery call required to see a price. See published pricing →
Do you guarantee signed cases?
No. Nobody credibly can. Volume and outcomes vary by jurisdiction, market conditions, case type, how fast your intake desk moves, and how consistently it follows up. What is guaranteed in writing is the credit policy on off-criteria leads and the exclusivity of every record you buy.
What happens to claimants who do not qualify?
They are shown a plain explanation of why their situation does not support a claim and are not passed on to anybody. A claimant who tells us another attorney is already acting for them is told to speak to that attorney first. Those sessions never become leads and are never billed.
